Let's chat about what your birth goals are and see if we are a good fit for each other. This conversation will help us understand your expectations and preferences for your birth experience, ensuring that my support aligns with your needs and desires.

Gain accès to my comprehensive online childbirth education course designed to prepare you for every stage of labor and delivery!

During these visits we will go over some birth education, customize a birth plan for you, go over some unmedicated comfort measures, body balancing exercises, and we can discuss any questions or concerns you might have.

As a perinatal nutrition expert, I would love for us to make sure you are getting in all the important nutrients in your diet that make you feel your absolute best during your pregnancy and labor

During your pregnancy, I am available during the hours of 8am-8pm via phone, text, or email for any questions or concerns you may have.

For 5 weeks I will be available 24/7 for the "I'm in labor" call, ready to support you whenever labor begins. This means you can count on me to be available to assist you through every step of your labor and delivery.

Early labor is such a delicate time and even the presence of your birth doula can throw things off. Unless you really need in person support, during early labor, I will be available by phone, text, or video call to provide support and guidance. Whether you need reassurance, answers to your questions, or helpful suggestions to manage contractions and stay comfortable.

Once you hit active labor I will be there in person to help with pain management techniques, make sure you are comfortable, help you advocate for your needs, and assist with any unexpected situations.

Immediately postpartum I will stay for up to an hour to ensure both you and baby have everything you need.

We can use the time to reflect on your birth experience and discuss how you felt throughout the process. This time can also be used to address any immediate concerns you may have and to provide you with referrals for additional support services that can help you during your postpartum period.

As my birth client, I am taking $50 off my placenta encapsulation service so that you can thrive as a newly postpartum mama

Once you are ready I will give you the information you need to sign the contract and send in your $400 deposit(the remaining amount is due before you hit 37 weeks)
